The Pallini Short Bar 12kg is a revolutionary, compact, and highly versatile bar.

Developed by Pallini, this bar features shorter sleeves of 14cm, providing a loading area of 17.5cm instead of 33cm on a standard 201cm Olympic bar.

The advantage? Lighter, more compact, and more accessible to use. The diameter (25mm) and the inner length (1310mm) of the bar, excluding the sleeves, remain the same.

The Short Bar is made of the same steel and knurling as the Vulcain/Hera range.

Use is pleasant thanks to the dual markings at 810mm and 910mm. It is equipped with 6 needle bearings to perfect all movements (snatch, clean and jerk).
