The Pallini Short Bar 15kg is a revolutionary, compact, and highly versatile bar.

Developed by Pallini, this bar features shorter sleeves of 19cm, providing a loading area of 22.5cm instead of 41.5cm on a standard Olympic bar.

The advantage? Lighter, more compact, and more accessible to use. The diameter and the inner length of the bar, excluding the sleeves, remain the same.

The Short Bar is made of the same steel and knurling as the Vulcain/Hera range and offers slightly less flexibility due to its shorter length.

Use is pleasant thanks to the dual markings at 810mm and 910mm. It is equipped with 6 needle bearings to perfect all movements (snatch, clean and jerk).
