PRODUCT WARRANTY

Pallini warrants to the original purchaser that the Pallini equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the following periods and in the following areas:

1. The structure is defined as the welded structural element of the product, but does not include removable fasteners, parts or paint finishes.

2. ABS protectors, cable supports, chains, chrome finishes, spacers, flexible tubes, guide rods, fasteners, linear bearings, rubber, spring pins, rubber cable glands, selector pins, carabiners, safety rings, springs, end caps, end covers, handle ends, foam rubber grips, smooth rubber grips, hole plugs, self-adhesive rubber, stickers and decals, adhesive tape,

APPEAL

Pallini's proposed solution for any of the above warranties will be the repair or replacement of defective parts, or the provision of labor to remedy the defect.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Any sale of PALLINI products through an unauthorized source or by any other means not authorized by PALLINI will void the warranty on the applicable product(s). Authorized PALLINI dealers and resellers have the knowledge and training necessary to provide you with the PALLINI products that best meet your needs and to install these products so that you can benefit from their maximum performance.

The PALLINI factory warranty is valid only on products purchased directly from a PALLINI sales representative or an authorized reseller.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Using the equipment in an environment subject to excessive temperature or humidity may void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear - including, but not limited to: cables, belts, chains, wear guards, paint finishes, or any other incidental damage resulting from regular use and attrition or improper cleaning (use of bleach and alcohol-based products).

In no event shall PALLINI be liable under this warranty or otherwise for damages to any person or property for any indirect, incidental, secondary or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with Pallini products.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective component manufactured by Pallini.

This warranty does not cover damages that are not the result of a manufacturing defect, including improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, or the installation of other parts or components not manufactured or supplied by Pallini.

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from accident, abuse, corrosion, use of the device other than for its intended purpose, discoloration of paint or plastic, negligence, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, frost or other natural disasters, collisions or unauthorized modifications.

OUR FACTORY WARRANTY IS VOID IF

You are purchasing PALLINI products from an unauthorized reseller or dealer. You are purchasing used or second-hand PALLINI products from a private party, facility, or unauthorized source. You are purchasing PALLINI products from a website not authorized by PALLINI.

THE OLYMPIC BARS GUARANTEE

One-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects or breakage. The warranty is "lifetime" for OLYMPUS, DIANE, and FORCE Olympic bars. A lifetime warranty means for the lifetime of the product, i.e., 10 years. This warranty does not cover rust, bending due to misuse, or any defect caused by use outside the bar's stated functional capacity.

The warranty against bending does not cover a bar that has been damaged due to negligent or defective use, alteration, maintenance, storage or faulty handling by the user.

Negligent or defective use includes dropping the bar improperly, on safety equipment, throwing blocks, without suitable discs, on a surface unsuitable for use.

TECHNICAL FLOOR GUARANTEE

1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by use outside the functional capacity declared by the product.

The warranty does not cover the product if the damage was caused by negligent or defective use, improper maintenance, storage or faulty handling by the user.

For your information, the flooring is a wear item. It should be inspected for tears and cracks, as these indicate that the flooring needs to be replaced. Regarding flooring, machine cleaning is strongly discouraged as it causes premature wear of the tiles.
