The Belt Squat Machine allows training of the lower body with heavy loads. The belt squat load attaches at the hip level using a belt and is particularly useful for individuals with shoulder, wrist, neck, and sometimes lower back injuries.
This machine enables training with the same goal as a hack squat, performing full leg extensions without placing stress on your spine.
